Yuwa Ekta Educational and Welfare Foundation is a Section 8 organisation working towards the educational, economic and social development of youth and rural communities in Bihar.
Beginning our journey from Araria and Purnia, we aim to create opportunities for young people through skill development, self-employment initiatives, community participation, and meaningful engagement with India's cultural heritage.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
विकास केवल आर्थिक नहीं होता।
We believe the development of a community cannot be measured only through income.
A confident society also needs education, skills, opportunity, identity, values and a connection with its cultural roots.
Bihar has immense human potential, particularly among its rural youth. At the same time, many young people face limited access to skills, employment opportunities and platforms for meaningful participation.
Alongside these economic challenges, a growing distance between younger generations and their cultural heritage presents another challenge.
At Yuwa Ekta Foundation, we believe these two conversations should not always be separated.
Economic empowerment gives young people independence.
Cultural grounding gives them identity and belonging.
Our endeavour is to work at this intersection.

OUR APPROACH
Our work is being developed around three interconnected pillars.
स्वावलंबन — Self-Reliance
Employment is one path. Creating one's own livelihood is another.
Our proposed self-employment initiatives will focus on helping young people understand opportunities, develop practical capabilities and build the confidence required to pursue independent livelihoods.
Through cultural and religious initiatives, we aim to create opportunities for younger generations to engage with traditions, values and cultural knowledge in relevant and accessible ways.
कौशल — Skill
Education becomes more powerful when it creates capability.
We aim to develop skill-oriented programmes that help college students and unemployed rural youth acquire practical knowledge relevant to employment, entrepreneurship and livelihood generation.
संस्कृति — Culture
Progress and cultural identity need not stand on opposite sides.
We believe young people can embrace technology, entrepreneurship and modern economic opportunities while remaining connected to their heritage.

ABOUT US
Who We Are
Yuwa Ekta Educational and Welfare Foundation is a Section 8 company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.
The Foundation has been established with a focus on the welfare and educational development of young people, particularly in rural Bihar.
Our initial area of work is Araria and Purnia, where we intend to develop initiatives around skill development, self-employment, youth engagement and religious and cultural activities.
We are at the beginning of our journey.
Rather than presenting promises as achievements, we are building partnerships, programmes and a network of people who share our belief that rural youth deserve both greater economic opportunity and stronger social and cultural foundations.
