We are a newly established organisation and our programmes are currently being developed.

What we have today is a clear purpose, a legally established organisation, an expanding network and the determination to build programmes capable of creating measurable impact over time.

Rajesh Kumar Sah
Founder & Managing Director
Rajesh Kumar Sah is the principal founder of Yuwa Ekta Educational and Welfare Foundation. A government-certified financial auditor, he brings financial knowledge, grassroots understanding and a commitment to creating opportunities for communities in rural Bihar. His vision behind Yuwa Ekta Foundation is centred on enabling young people to develop the skills and opportunities required to build economically stronger lives while remaining connected to their social and cultural foundations.
Subrat Gautam
Co-Founder & Director
Subrat Gautam is Co-Founder and Director of Yuwa Ekta Educational and Welfare Foundation.
He works towards shaping the organisation's strategy, partnerships, programmes and long-term institutional development. Together, the founding team envisions Yuwa
Ekta Foundation as a professionally managed social-impact organisation capable of bringing together communities, volunteers, institutions and responsible businesses for rural youth development.
