Youth Skill
Development
Proposed training and capacity-building programmes designed around the needs of students and unemployed youth in rural Bihar.
The objective is simple:

Self-Employment & Livelihood Development
Initiatives aimed at encouraging entrepreneurship and self-employment among young people who may have limited access to conventional employment opportunities.
Programmes may include training, mentorship, exposure to livelihood opportunities and partnerships with relevant institutions and professionals.
Cultural & Religious Engagement
Initiatives designed to reconnect younger generations with India's religious and cultural heritage through programmes that are accessible and relevant to today's youth.
The Foundation also intends to collaborate with organisations and initiatives working towards compatible cultural and social objectives.
Community
Development
As our network develops, the Foundation intends to support community-oriented initiatives addressing educational and developmental needs in its areas of operation.

WHY CULTURE + ECONOMY?
One of the defining ideas behind Yuwa Ekta Foundation is our belief that culture and economic development are interconnected.
Culture influences how communities cooperate, preserve knowledge, build trust, educate younger generations and understand their responsibilities toward society.
Economic development, meanwhile, gives individuals the freedom and resources required to build stronger families and communities.
For us, therefore, development should not require young people to choose between progress and roots.
We want them to have both.
